Wim Junge
Director of Consulting
Wim’s started his career with Royal Ahold in the Netherlands, in store operations. He later joined Procter & Gamble as a regional sales representative. During his 4 years with P&G he broke several sales records in different territories in Holland. In 1981 Wim joined Coca – Cola, taking on more senior positions over the next twenty years. Some of his key responsibilities during that time were, founder and manager of the Bottler Consultancy Group in Northern Europe, Global Distribution Development Manager based in Atlanta, founder and manager of the Coca-Cola University in Germany, Sales Director of Coca-Cola Austria, Managing Director of Coca-Cola Switzerland and Manager of Organizational Capability for the South East Western Division based in Bangkok.
Wim Joined Glendinning in 2001 and has been working across Asia for a variety of clients from different industries. His core areas of expertise are General Trade, Channel Strategy Development, Planning, Selling and Negotiating skills, Field Sales Management and Leadership Skills. In addition Wim has worked with Asian retailers in support of their start up retail organizations in Asia. Wim likes to play tennis and a round of golf when he gets the chance. Wim is married and has two children.
