Iain White
Director of Consulting
Iain started his career at Kilbryde Marketing in Scotland before moving on to join SC Johnson in 1992. At SC Johnson, Iain quickly moved through the sales ranks culminating in him heading up the Distributor Sales team in the “Away from Home” market. During this period he received the “Inno Pro” award (awarded to the top 3% of the global sales force).
In 1998 he was appointed UK Marketing Manager running a team responsible for New Product Development and brand maintenance. He was then brought in to head up a European Centre of Excellence for brands such as Pledge, Mr Muscle, Brillo and Glade before moving on to become European Portfolio Director.
In 2004 he moved back into Consultancy and Training before joining Glendinning as a Director of Training in 2006. Iain has a real passion for using his broad experience to work with clients to develop the right solution. He has worked across multiple geographies and sectors to help clients develop skills in areas such as selling, negotiation, business planning, strategy development, leadership and coaching.
In his spare time Iain coaches youth Rugby, enjoys reading history and cooking for family and friends.
